Niek van Oijen, founder and owner of Qnique, has been successfully active for more than thirty years as (organization, business transformation, change & program) manager in an international multicultural business environment, in a diversity of functional domains (General management, HR, HR Services, Procurement, R&D, Product Management, IT and M&A). His expertise and thus the strength of his approach lies in analyzing, structuring and organizing organizational changes & projects where customer orientation, stakeholder management and engaging leadership are of paramount importance in order to achieve the intended objectives. This also applies to the professional interim managers that he - where required - engages from his direct network.
